Great Beginnings

The congregation of University Place Christian Church offers its congratulations as you consider a new beginning in your life.

Marriage is an important ceremony along the journey of life. Because of its importance, it is a ceremony that we continue to uphold.

The commitment, the ritual, the sharing of vows in a public context continues to provide meaning and order to our significant relationships.

Sanctuary At University Place Christian Church we value the opportunity to offer this ministry to the campus community and to the larger community as well. Within the ceremony of marriage we have the opportunity to share, to live, to journey with another individual. Marriage is a testimony by two persons to the wholeness in life and a hope that springs from faith. The wonder and beauty of travel upon life's journey is graced and cared for by your chosen companion. This journey, this companion, this commitment you will be making, reveals a God who accepts each one of us, whose love is unconditional, and who offers hope where none existed before.

We look forward to share in your Great Beginnings!

At Uni Place, we understand that your wedding represents not only your relationship with your partner but also what you value as important. We would like to help you to reflect those ideas and values within this important ceremony.
