Most Holy and Gracious God, on this day, hear our prayers:
May we see your glory each day.
May those we love be held within your deep embrace.
May our hearts sing with praise.
May your compassion ring clear in our ears
And our hands be joined in helping those who are alone.
May the food of the harvest and the preparation of the meal
Remind us of your great care.
May laughter be around us and may we hold each other in love.
May this day be filled with precious memory
And may each word overflow with gratitude.
