img_9034Here at UniPlace Christian Church, we celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and our call to work for social justice — all while forming relationships and enhancing our spiritual lives. From volunteering at local soup kitchens to visiting elderly patients in nursing care, from advocating for social justice in public forums to rolling up our sleeves on work trips, we believe in helping those in need through active service. Through the work we do, relationships are built and faith is deepened.

Every week there are different activities taking place through UniPlace Church either in our building located at 403 S. Wright Street or out in our Champaign-Urbana community. Check out our own Free Community Dinners which take place every Wednesday during the academic year at 6:00 PM.

Are you interested in doing community service work to gain volunteer hours or create new friendships? We have plenty of volunteer service opportunities available.

How about open dialogue on issues relating to faith and religion? Check out one of our Faith On Tap events and join in the discussion.

Want to learn about our service mission trips or our student leadership workshops? Continue to explore this site or contact me directly, I’d love to talk to you about our work.

We look forward to connecting with you along your spiritual journey.

Peace and Blessings,

Rev. Christopher Schilling
Minister of Community & Campus Relations
