There are a variety of ways in which people can become involved musically in the ministry of our church.

Chancel Choir
The Chancel Choir is composed of music students, voice teachers and others who read music well. They sing nine months of the year each Sunday and for special occasions. Their repertoire ranges from the classics, spirituals, and some of the best contemporary sacred music of the time. On occasion they will provide a special presentation for the community with chamber orchestra that is always well received. The Chancel Choir rehearses Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. (Choir does not sing during the summer)

hand chime
An adult chime choir practices each Monday at 7:00 p.m. It is a mixture of people who both read music well and those who are just beginning. They chime for worship about once a month, providing either a special selection or an opening piece for worship.

Our congregation is very fortunate to have strong leadership for each of these musical groups. The music of our church is one of the strongest parts of our worship life. If you are interested in any part of our music program, contact the Director of Music at 352-5118.
